Why it´s necessary to pay to subscribe?
The hosting of the files and the streaming of them has a cost for VinylTunes, and as we do not obtain benefit of it, between all the users the payment is realized.
Why the subscription is annual?
The payment of VinylTunes’s hosting is annual and it is that we cannot do that you enjoy it indefinitely.
Why there does not exist the option to download the files?
We do not charge for the songs. It is for this motive that we have tried for all the means not to allow the download of the songs since we have not the rights to do it and try not to be illegal in this aspect.
Why I cannot play any file in my iPhone/iTouch?
You need to have your device updated to the version 3.0 of the Operating system as minimum. The previous versions do not allow the reproduction of files from the Internet browser.
Why I can only play the first file of every category of the catalogue?
Only the users VIP, subscribed to VinylTunes can listen to all the files.
Why I cannot comment in the forum?

I try to send a Private Message to an user, but I cannot, why?

¿Por que hay que pagar para suscribirse?
El alojamiento de los archivos asi como la reproduccion de ellos tiene un coste para VinylTunes, y como no obtenemos beneficio de ello, entre todos los usuarios se realiza el pago.
¿Por que la suscripcion es anual?
El pago del alojamiento de VinylTunes es anual asi es que no podemos hacer que disfrutes de ello indefinidamente.
¿Por que no existe la opcion de descargar los archivos?
No cobramos por las canciones. Es por este motivo que hemos intentado por todos los medios no permitir la descarga de las canciones ya que no disponemos de los derechos para hacerlo e intentamos no ser ilegales en ese aspecto.
¿Por que no puedo reproducir ningun archivo en mi iPhone/iTouch?
Necesitas tener actualizado tu dispositivo a la version 3.0 del Sistema Operativo como minimo. Las versiones anteriores no permiten la reproduccion de archivos desde el navegador de Internet.
¿Por que solo puedo reproducir el primer archivo de cada categoria del catalogo?
Solo los usuarios VIP, es decir, suscritos a VinylTunes puedes escuchar todos los archivos.
¿Por que no puedo comentar en el foro?
Para participar en el foro necesitas ser usuario VIP.
Intento enviar un Mensaje Privado a un usuario, pero no puedo, ¿Por que?
Es posible que el usuario al que intentas enviar el mensaje tenga llena su bandeja de entrada (50 mensajes) y hasta que no borre algunos no podra recibir mas.
